I am granting all members permission to recruit until we have reached 20 members.

The rules and restrictions:
Rules of recruitment:
No recruiting members of other clans UNLESS they ask to join.
No kicking RMX members out to make room for a new member.
No kicking people off of server to make a tryout-if you need a tryout ask me.
All recruits must make an application on site.
All recruiters must make a "Recruitment Ticket" under: Forum>List of Recruits>Recruitment Tickets


Restrictions:
No recruiting people who have had a negative score more than once THAT DAY. (They may come back the next day and try again.)
No recruiting disrespectful users.
Recruits must not have negative score or even score. Score MUST be positive.
Recuit only people who have and know how to use Xfire.
Refer all others to xfire.com and tell them to undergo this procedure:
Goto xfire.com
register.
download.
register on site (rmx-clan.tk)
make an app.
make the title of the app "***UsersName's Application***"
pm me.

Failure to comply with any of the above will result in temporary/permanent suspension of recruiting privileges, and the automatic declination of the new recruit.
