Hello this message is for new recruits, recruiters, admins, and leaders.

This should help you to better understand how to complete a tryout and what the point of it is.

When a player is spotted who seems to be good or asks to join, they will be referred to the tryout application center.

After that, they will hopefully read this or the how to make an application topic.

In that application they should post a time at which they can attend a tryout.

An admin or recruiter will be assigned to each tryout application. Once assigned, they will be required to track and progress the process.

The assigned admin or recruiter must be present at the tryout a long with one leader.

At the tryout, the recruiter will choose two members of the clan to play the recruit.

The recruiter will watch.

The player and members will play on the following maps:

Shipment
Strike
Showdown
Overgrown

After the player has played against both chosen members, he will be evaluated by each member in the server in a private conversation. He/she will be scored accordingly:

1-3 - Not very good, slow, inaccurate.
4-6 - Slow, moderately inaccurate, average player.
7-9 - Quick, usually accurate, good player.
10 - Very quick, always accurate, good k/d/r, great player.

After the player has completed his tryout he will then make a final application. The recruiters will then post his evaluation score and either approve or deny his application.
