i think he should have this rank has he always on the server making sure people are folling rules so i say yes he should be CPT

I will give you LT. For now. I agree you should have CPT, however it would not be fair to others if i promote you now when youve only been with us a week or so and i dont promote them because of time. So, I will reopen this application in approx a week.
